Subscription Services

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billing has occurred.

If cancellation is requested within the 30-day window before renewal, the next billing cycle will still be charged, and cancellation will take effect afterward.

Setup & One-Time Services

All setup and onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable.
Payments for completed one-time services (e.g., chatbot builds, campaign setups, or consulting hours) are non-refundable.
If work has not yet started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion (minus administrative costs).

Technical Issues

If a technical error on our part prevents you from receiving services, we will work promptly to correct the issue or issue a refund/credit when appropriate.

Disputed Charges

If you believe you were billed in error, reach out to us through our contact page within 14 days of the charge.
Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may result in suspension of services.
